Philosophy

At FalseNin9 Soccer Development, we recognize that both soccer and life can be understood through two key dimensions: external and internal factors. External factors encompass elements beyond a player's control, while internal factors consist of the choices and actions within their influence. Our training focuses on helping players acknowledge external factors while harnessing their potential through internal choices. By cultivating a deep awareness of external dynamics and mastering control over internal decisions, players can make confident, creative, and strategic choices in their gameplay. This skill not only enhances performance across various levels of soccer and under diverse coaching styles but also profoundly impacts decision-making in everyday life.

“we integrate the awareness of both internal and external factors into our soccer sessions through three key pillars: Perception, Action, and Will” - Coach Greg

Perception

A player assesses their environment to make informed decisions about the best line of attack and defense.

Action

This is the visible execution on the field, including plays, skills, and techniques.

Will

This represents a player's attitude and commitment, influencing their follow-through on decisions and overall game engagement.

“The interplay of these pillars is critical for effective performance, and each session emphasizes their combined importance in developing well-rounded players” - Coach pete
